Project: Please Bring Delilah Home!

Words can not express how grateful we all are for the support, prayers, well-wishes, letters and donations (of all sizes) that Matt and Delilah have received. We have surpassed our goal!! We feel completely blessed and sincerely grateful to have had this amazing response and the assistance/support with this request. We know times are hard right now and money is tight everywhere, so thank you everyone for every dollar, for every penny.



With that being said, we would like to remind everyone that any and all monies not needed for Delilah's trip will be donated to the "shelter in Afghanistan".



In addition, with the horrible recent events and the great loss Matt's unit has suffered, we would like to make some kind of donation to any sort of trusts (that we assume will be set-up) for the families of Sgt. Christopher N. Staats and Spc. Anthony Gabriel "Gabe" Green who passed away on Friday, October 16, 2009.



Matt like so many others, is mourning the loss of his friends and comrades but is aware of everyone's generosity and is very grateful.



We plan on keeping everyone updated on Matt and Delilah's arrival via this website and email. Thank you again everyone so much for helping us from start to finish (months ago to now)!!
